How often do I need to change the water?
Thanks to the filtration system, most users only need to refresh the water periodically. The exact frequency depends on usage, but significantly less often than traditional ice-filled tubs.

How do I control the temperature, lighting, and settings?
Walrus can be managed through the built-in display on the outside of the tub. You can adjust the temperature, activate or schedule cooling, and manage the ambient lights with a remote conrtol and beneath the tub to create the atmosphere you want for your ritual.
How loud is the cooling system?
Walrus is engineered for quiet operation. The cooling unit runs with a soft, unobtrusive sound - discreet enough for indoor spaces and calm environments.
Can the tub be used with hot water or contrast therapy?
Walrus does not produce hot water like a whirlpool. However, if you have access to a sauna or another heat source, we highly recommend contrast therapy. Moving between heat and cold can deepen the benefits of your ritual and elevate the experience.
How durable are the exterior finishes?
Wood is a natural material which develops a beautiful patina over time - its color will subtly change with age, which is part of its character and appeal. If you prefer a finish that remains more consistent and is less affected by water or outdoor conditions, we recommend choosing the aluminum or black metal variants, which offer greater long-term stability in their appearance.
What is the expected delivery time and warranty?
Delivery time depends on your region and our current stock availability. Orders are shipped from the UK, and you’ll receive updates throughout the process. Walrus comes with a 2-year warranty covering the main technical components, with the option to extend coverage if desired.
